As I was clearing out some old files on my computer, I came across these shots of my lovely little girl that I took one warm summer day. So even though today is gray and cold, I can still have summer here on my blog.

This is my niece, she is one busy little bee. I picked her up one evening for her Christmas photo shoot and we hiked all over this field hunting for golf balls, singing and having fun.

This was our last shot before the sun set, I love the golden light.

Kelly is another one of my best friends… she is always flawless and gorgeous. I could write a long sappy entry about how much I love this girl, but I think I will keep that to myself and just say that she is an amazing woman who I love having as a friend.

Or maybe she’s not so grown up after all…

This is my best friends daughter, she is like one of my own children. I snapped this at Thanksgiving, and looking at it now, I can’t believe how grown up she looks.
